you should try to appeal directly with a mod anyways, newgrounds is a great platform but is not without its' flaws of course. if you made content with specific programs outlined as not suitable, that may have been a reason. I don't see why you shouldn't be able to re-open a new appeal but I think its worth looking into deeper with someone specific that can help. don't give up!

hmm. I don't think FL Studio (specifically 20 if it matters) is outlined as not suitable [at least not anywhere I found looking through rules?] especially since i've seen other artists who I know use FL Studio also post here, but I guess it could be?
i think I'll try to contact a mod though (if i can even figure out how to do that in the first place :x), thanks!
